Early on
I became captivated by electronic music and audio production, heavily influenced by the sounds of Aphex Twin, Merzbow, and Skinny Puppy. My experimentation with synthesizers, drum machines, and sound manipulation set into motion a sonic journey that led to performances in various venues, festivals, and underground warehouses across Canada, the US, and Europe. Amidst these endeavours, I found myself in Tallinn, Estonia, where I embraced an opportunity to work at Orbital Vox Studios. There, I would refine my skills in audio recording, video editing, motion graphics design, and DVD authoring, all while cultivating a strong work ethic in a dynamic production environment.
Currently
I am further developing my own home studio, blending creativity with technology to craft unique sonic experiences within an efficient and effective production pipeline. As I prepare to install 5.1 surround monitoring capabilities and upgrade my patchbay setup, I am also learning Unreal and Wwise to expand my skill set and workflow. With a passion for interactive media, I enjoy solving problems and creating soundscapes that dynamically respond to various inputs, forming immersive sonic environments that drive emotion and narrative. This ongoing exploration fuels my desire to innovate, collaborate, and connect meaningfully through shared experiences.
